The shipping charge is calculated in the checkout portion of your order. Each item ordered and the weight of that item determines what the shipping charge will be. We ship with FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service via Priority mail. Delivery on most items are shipped within 3-7 days and arrive 5-7 days after shipment. However, some items may require more time for delivery with holidays.
During Christmas, some items cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. If you must have it before Christmas, please call us Toll Free at 877-575-9960 before placing your order to make sure that your item can be delivered before Christmas.
Please check your package for any damage or issues relating to your purchase and notify us immediately within 3 days if there is a problem or concern with your order.
Return Policy(excluding championship rings)
You may return most new, unopened items(except championship rings) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are not refundable (if you received an incorrect or defective item then we will refund your shipping costs). There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the USA and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
